Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical applicability and safety of the treatment of Infantile herpetic stomatitis treated with drug therapy and Kaihoujian spray.Methods Select August 2013 to August 2015, Shenyang Children's Hospital of herpetic stomatitis in children with 70 cases for the study, were randomly divided into observation group and control group 35 cases. Children in the control group received conventional therapy, patients in the observation group accepted the sword open throat spray treatment on the basis of drug treatment, after treatment, a course of treatment were compared applicability and safety.Results Treatment of children with the observation group total effective rate was 94.3%, compared with 74.3% in the control group significantly increased, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Observation of children with normal body temperature set time (2.1±1.2) d, oral herpes subsided time was (5.8±1.3) d, the average hospital stay was (6.9±1.5) d, compared with the control group significantly reduced, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). Two groups of children with serious adverse events did not occur during treatment.Conclusion If the patients with Infantile herpetic stomatitis are treated with drug therapy and Kaihoujian,the curative effect are safe and ideal,conducive to the speedy recovery of,and worth promoting.关键词
