网络新媒体环境对高校图书馆的开架服务、信息流通和服务方式等都产生了影响，高校图书馆需要从技术、人才、管理等角度细化流通服务的构建要素，从推广电子图书、实现线上沟通互动、全面使用媒体功能等方面拓展流通服务方式，通过主动数据分析完善服务缺失、多重端口架设拓宽信息渠道、网络功能创新转变服务模式等对流通服务进行创新。
