高等中医药院校专任教师及研究生指导教师现状调查与分析OA
Investigation and Analysis on Current Situation of Full-time Teachers and Graduate Student Mentors in Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities and Colleges
目的：了解全国高等中医药院校专任教师、研究生指导教师现状。方法编制数据调查表，从国家中医药管理局公开发布的统计材料2013年、2014年《全国中医药统计摘编》提取数据，利用Excel2013进行统计分析。结果2014年，全国高等中医药院校有专任教师26441人，研究生指导教师12390人；专任教师及研究生指导教师职称构成相对合理；专任教师队伍结构呈现出高素质、年轻化的特征；同时指导博士、硕士研究生的教师数量增长较快。结论根据现状，做好高等中医药院…查看全部>>
Objective To understand current situation of full-time teachers and graduate student mentors in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) universities and colleges. Methods Questionnaires were designed. Data from Extraction and Compilation of National TCM Statistics in 2014 and 2013 were extracted, and Excel 2013 was used to make statistical analysis.
