高等中医药院校专任教师及研究生指导教师现状调查与分析
Investigation and Analysis on Current Situation of Full-time Teachers and Graduate Student Mentors in Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities and Colleges

Abstract
Objective To understand current situation of full-time teachers and graduate student mentors in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) universities and colleges. Methods Questionnaires were designed. Data from Extraction and Compilation of National TCM Statistics in 2014 and 2013 were extracted, and Excel 2013 was used to make statistical analysis. Results In 2014, there were 26 441 full-time teachers and 12 390 graduate student mentors;the academic title structures of full-time teachers and graduate student mentors were relatively reasonable; full-time teachers showed the characteristics of high-quality and youth; the number of graduate student mentors who can direct doctors and masters has increased fairly rapidly. Conclusion According to the current situation, construction plan of the teaching staff of TCM universities and colleges should be improved;the structure of the teaching staff should be optimized; training system of excellent teachers should be established.关键词
