摘要
Abstract
Introducing Lib3.0 into the library virtual reference service is beneficial to improving users’ satisfaction during unoccupied time, users’ self-searching ability and users’ information literacy. Lib3.0 can provide environment for the innovation and development of virtual reference service; policy environment can guide the direction of virtual reference service;outside competition can form the motivation of virtual reference service. This article discussed the innovative contents of library virtual reference service based on Lib3.0 from the aspects of service concept, service products, and service technological means, and finally probed into future development direction.关键词
