摘要
Abstract
Construction of library reference and consultant service system under the context of Internet can realize resource sharing, improve service quality, and lay foundation to regional cooperation service system. The guiding ideas and basic principles can improve the benefits of rational allocation of literature resources and manpower resources, meet the demands of library reference and consultant service interoperability, and provide individual reference and consultant services based on collecting and analyzing user data. The service strategies are integration of library local service with remote service, reference and consultant interactive services, and realization of disperse service and centralized management. The construction contents of library reference and consultant services should include theoretical framework, organizations and structures, service platforms and service contents.关键词
