中医药院校大学生创业意愿及创业需求的调查研究--以南方某中医药院校为例
Investigation on TCM college students’entrepreneurial intentions and needs--A case study of a southern TCM college

Abstract
TCM colleges and universities have increased their innovation and entrepreneurship education in recent years. A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand students’entrepreneurial intentions and needs, which mainly included the following contents: students’entrepreneurial intention, the reason for self-employment, on-campus activity most beneficial for self-employment, supportive measure most effective for self-employment. On the basis of the investigation and data analysis, the following suggestions were raised. Entrepreneurship education should be conducted with great efforts. Teaching staff construction should be reinforced. Entrepreneurship foundation system should be established. Entrepreneurial quality evaluation should be conducted. Entrepreneurial culture should be built on campus.关键词
