中医药院校大学生创业意愿及创业需求的调查研究--以南方某中医药院校为例OA
Investigation on TCM college students’entrepreneurial intentions and needs--A case study of a southern TCM college
近年来，中医药院校创新创业教育不断加强，通过了解学生的创业意愿和创业需求，主要内容包括：学生的创业意愿，选择自主创业的原因，认为对自主创业最有帮助的在校活动，认为对自主创业最有效的扶持措施等内容，为学校进一步做好创业教育和创业服务工作提供决策参考。在实施问卷调查和数据分析的基础上，提出以下建议措施：①下大力气实施好创业教育；②注重加强师资队伍建设；③积极谋划创业基金制度；④着力开展创业素质评估；⑤努力营造校园创业文化。
TCM colleges and universities have increased their innovation and entrepreneurship education in recent years.
