摘要

Abstract

Objective] Asterina pectinifera contains a large quantity of chemical components with biological activity, and studies on extraction of saponin from A.pectinifera hasgreat significance to utilization of A.pectinifera.[ Method] Saponin was extracted from A.pectinifera by using flash-type extractor JHBE-50T, and the effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the yield of saponin from A.pectinifera were analyzed.[Result] The factors affecting the extraction rate of saponin from A.pectinifera were shown as follows:extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, and ethanol concentration.The optimum extraction conditions were 75% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio 1∶30 g/mL, and 90 s of extraction. [Conclusion] Saponin extracted from A.pectinifera by using flash-type extractor had high yield, which can lay foundation for the extraction of chemical components with biological activity from A.pectinifera.
