The Clinical Application Characteristics of Usual Measuring Scales for Dysphagia after Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Dysphagia is a common complication of stroke, which main clinical manifestations are irritating cough, malnutrition and language disor-ders. Because it involves the subjective feelings of patients and doctors, so the clinical evaluation methods often appear in the form of scales, choos-ing a safe and accurate scale has positive significance to the rehabilitation of dysphagia patients. However, scales for dysphagia in clinical practice are multifarious and complex, studies on the rational choice of scales are still not deep enough, so this article tries to summarize the scales for dyspha-gia after stroke and their characteristics to provide some references for clinical practice.关键词
