中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效观察
Clinical observation of the combination of Western and Chinese Medicine on the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment of Western Medicine combined with Chinese Medicine on osteoporotic vertebral compres-sion fracture (OVCF) in elderly patients. Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=45) , the treatment group uses the bolster plus functional training and Symptomatic treatment of western medicine, the control group with bed rest and western medicine symptomatic treatment .After two weeks of therapy and 6 months of follow-up, evaluated the clinical result through pain assessment, Cobb angle measurement and overall efficacy evaluation. Results:Treatment group after treatment of VAS score, Cobb Angle was significantly lower than con-trol group (P<0.05);The total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bolster combined with functional training and symptomatic treatment with western medicine is proved to be effective on the treatment of OVCF in elderly patients.关键词
