肌电生物反馈疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者步态影响的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of electromyographic biofeedback therapy on the gait of patients with hemiplegia through gait analysis. Method: Forty stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n=20) and control group (n=20). Both groups received conventional drugs and rehabilitation therapies, the patients in observation group received electromyographic biofeedback therapy in addition. Gait parameters were collected and calculated by gait analysis system before and 4 weeks post-treatment. Result:After treatment, the param-eters of observation group , such as step length, velocity, stride length, gait cycle, stride width and double limb support phase, were more improved more significantly than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Electromyographic biofeedback therapy can effectively improve the gait of patients with hemiplegia, improve patients with lower limb motor function and walking ability.关键词
