药物铺灸疗法治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床研究
The Clinical Research on Snake Moxibustion for Cold-Dampness Type Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of snake moxibustion for cold-dampness type rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:60 cases of patients with cold-dampness type rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into snake moxibustion group (30 cases) and medication group (30 cases), the medi-cation group treated by orally taking wangbi granules (6g, tid), while snake moxibustion group by snake moxibustion with Fengshi Bitong powder, observed the efficacy and improvement of VAS score of two groups after 3 weeks of treatment. Results:The improvement of VAS score of snake moxibustion group was significantly better than that of medication group (P<0.05);the overall response rate of snake moxibustion group was signifi-cantly higher than that of medication group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Snake moxibustion has a good curative effect on cold-dampness type rheumatoid arthritis, which can relieve the pain of RA patients.关键词
