药物铺灸疗法治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床研究OA
The Clinical Research on Snake Moxibustion for Cold-Dampness Type Rheumatoid Arthritis
目的：观察药物铺灸疗法对寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者随机分为铺灸组和药物组各30例，药物组口服尪痹颗粒（6g，tid），铺灸组使用风湿痹痛散行药物铺灸治疗，治疗3周后观察两组临床疗效及VAS评分改善情况。结果：铺灸组VAS评分改善程度显著优于药物组（P<0.05）；铺灸组总有效率显著高于药物组（P<0.05）。结论：药物铺灸疗法对寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著，可以缓解RA患者的疼痛程度。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of snake moxibustion for cold-dampness type rheumatoid arthritis.
