Research on the Clinical Rehabilitation Effect of Manual Massage Combined with Emotional Nursing for Convalescent Period of Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical rehabilitation effect of manual massage combined with emotional nursing for convalescent period of stroke. Methods:200 cases of patients with convalescent period of stroke who admitted to our hospital from Mar 2015 to Dec 2015 were collected and randomly divided into experimental group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases), the control group used conventional nursing, while experi-mental group received manual massage combined with emotional nursing, compared the rehabilitation effect of two groups. Results:Compared with that of before nursing, the Barthel indexes of two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the score of experimental group after nursing was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05);the satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Manual massage combined with emotional nursing can improve the nerve function of patients with convalescent period of stroke and their viability, promote the physical and mental health, deserves clinical promotion.关键词
