基于长白山臭冷杉胶合板强度的水性异氰酸酯胶黏剂配比
Ratio of Aqueous Isocyanate Adhesive Based on the Strength of Abies Changbai Plywood
摘要
Abstract
Changbai Abies plywood was pressed by aqueous isocyanate adhesive. The effect of mass fraction of Polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA) ,mass fraction of toluene diisocyanate ( TDI) ,emulsifier and other factors on strength of aqueous isocyanate adhesive were analyzed through the bonding strength of plywood. Primary and secondary relationship among the various factors were as follows:mass fraction of TDI > mass fraction of PVA > emulsifier by orthogonal analysis of variance. When mass fraction of PVA,mass fraction of TDI,mass fraction of emulsifier are 10%,5%,30% respectively,the best performance was obtained,bonding strength reached 0. 79 MPa.关键词
