基于双处理器架构的开关磁阻电机远程控制系统
The Remote Control System of Switched Reluctance Motor Based on Dual-Processor Framework

Abstract
Due to the fact that the control device of switched reluctance motor (SRM) is mainly based on single processor, leading to the problem that processor undertakes more tasks and executing period is longer. The reliability, flexibility and extendibility of device are limited to a great extent. This paper designed a kind of SRM control system based on master-slave dual-processor framework with DSP and MCU, which separated rotor position detection, commutation judgement, rotate speed calculation and other tasks to send to slave controller for responsibility. By CAN bus, the master and slave controller were connected to realize data communication. In order to ensure SRM control accuracy, the communication protocol of quasi time-division based on rotor position was designed, avoiding multi-information data crash. The system delay was analyzed and researched, and the corresponding angle compensation control was introduced which could improve the system’s driving performance and achieves SRM long-distance real-time accurate position control. The experimental results verified effectiveness of the scheme.关键词
