Effect Evaluation of Acetic Acid Peroxide Glutaraldehyde Compound Disinfectant on Killing Bacillus subtilis Spores
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the germicidal effect of acetic acid peroxide disinfectant glutaraldehyde compound,the qualitative germicidal test of suspension and the quantitative bactericidal test suspension of were used to Bacillus subtilis black variant.The results showed that the minimum germicidal concentrationcon of disinfectant to kill Ba-cillus subtilis black variant was 1∶256,and the shortest effect time to kill Bacillus subtilis was 5 min.The spores of Bacillus subtilis black variant could be completely killed at the concentration of 1∶256 in 45 min or at the con-centration of 1∶64 in 7.5 min.The results suggested that the disinfectant had strong killing action to Bacillus sub-tilis black variant spores.It laid a theoretical foundation for the clinical application of the disinfectant.关键词
