Abstract
To understand the epidemic situation of yellow and white scours of piglets in Yulin city,in March 2013 to December 2014,the investigation was carried out in 1 588 piglets at 1-30 day old from 4 large-scale pig farms in Yulin city Shaanxi province,and bacterial isolation and identification were done with the sam-ples of sick piglets.The results showed that the incidence rate is highest in Ⅳ farm and is 3.5% (P <0.05),0.92% (P >0.05)and 1.27% (P <0.05)higher than that inⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ farm respectively;The mortality in Ⅳ farm is 38.78%,and is 3.41% (P <0.05),0.32% (P >0.05)and 9.71% (P <0.05)high-er than that in the farm Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ respectively;The cure rate in group Ⅲ is the best,and is 31.43% and 35.72% higher than that in groupⅠand Ⅱgroup,with significant difference (P <0.01);The survival rate is highest in group Ⅲ,and is 31.42% and 28.57% higher than that in groupⅠ andⅡ,respectively,the difference was significant (P <0.01).The combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine is an ef-fective method for prevention and treatment of yellow and white scours of piglet.关键词
