Research progress in diagnosing disorders of consciousness and predicting consciousness awareness with functional magnetic resonance imaging
摘要
Abstract
The fMRI can detect complex activity of neurons at rest and under various conditions of stimulation, thus provides accurate and objective information for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of coma, vegetative state and minimally conscious state. Recent fMRI studies have reported brain functional network activation in a small proportion of behaviorally unresponsive patients. In this review, we summarized the applications and research progress of fMRI in functional brain networks related to disorders of consciousness or consciousness awareness.关键词
