摘要
Abstract
Coronary CT angiography has a high accuracy for non-invasive assessment of coronary artery stenosis severity and the atherosclerotic plaque, but the microcirculation in the territory of the stenozed artery still can not be evaluated. Dual-energy CT myocardial perfusion imaging can provide both anatomical and physiological information. It has certain advantages over the traditional single energy CT myocardial perfusion, and has potential clinical application which have been mentioned in the previous reports. This review describes the progress of stress dual-energy CT myocardial perfusion imaging in detecting coronary artery disease.关键词
