Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins in villus and decidual tissue from patients with early abortion and study the correlation of expression and occurrence of spontaneous abortion. Methods:Selected 35 females with induced abortion and 35 females with spontaneous abortion, divided them into two groups. Detected the expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins in villus and decidual tissue in both two groups by Western blotting and immunohistochemistry.Results: Expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins from induced abortion group was 75%~85% while spontaneous abortion group was 45%~55%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Early abortion might be related to the expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins in villus and decidual tissue.关键词
