短线预制箱梁节段线形误差的改进调整法
Improved adj ustment method for linear error of precasting segmental box girder by short-line match method
摘要
Abstract
In view of the shortage of the matching error adj ustment of precasting segments in short-line match method,an improved method was proposed,considering the misalignment for the spatial location of two coordinate system (prefabricated global coordinate system and local coordinate sys-tem).A 4×40 m span continous rigid frame bridge of urban elevated rail transit during construction was cited as an example to analyze error adj ustment.Based on the principles of spatial coordinate transformation,the error in the prefabricated local coordinate system directly transformed into the global coordinate system.An improved method whose prefabricated error of segmental beam′s axis and elevation was proposed,since there are some error in the course of the prefabricated error in the local coordinate system directly being superposed in the global coordinate system.The results of the analysis show that the prefabricated line and the theoretical matching position calculated by this im-proved method is controlled within the error limits.Comparing with those already existing methods, the improved method can consider the misalignment of two coordinate system,simplify calculation and has higher precision of the linear control.关键词
