摘要

Abstract

Long-lived emissive lanthanide complexes are far superior to other organic chromophores in the bio-imaging by filtering out the autofluorescence of tissues with time-resolved microscope.Current researches are mainly focused on the probes with visible emission,while,the penetrative near infrared (NIR)emissive probes due to their low emission quantum yields are remain largely unreported.Herein,we report the synthesis and characterization of a new ytterbium porphyrinate platinum complex (TFPYb-Pt).Spectral scan revealed the intense NIR emission (980 /1030 nm,Фem =0. 37)and long life time (τ=49μs)of TFPYb-Pt.The findings in this work indicate TFPYb-Pt has the potential to be de-veloped as a new luminescent probe for bio-imaging.
