摘要

Abstract

To study the therapeutic effect of MK-801 on laser-induced retina injury.The eyes of Wistar rats were ex-posed to He-Ne laser.The curative effects of MK-801 was observed by examination of histopathology and immunohisto-chemistry changes in the injuried region.Experimental results showed that comparing to the control group,better pre-served photoreceptors and reduced expression of NMDA were demonstrated in MK-801-treated rats,and so was the thick-ness of the photoreceptor cells.The experiment results should be helpful for clinical treating of retinal low energy laser injury.
