冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者心功能分级与中医证候的相关性
Coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina functional class and TCM syndromes
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between coronary heart disease(CHD)in patients with un-stable angina heart function classification and TCM syndrome. Methods Collecting a total of 411 cases of Unstable Angina Patients with reference to NYHA criteria. Combined syndromes to statistical analysis the correlation of data. Results Patients of coronary heart disease with Unstable Angina were mainly Class Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ in heart function, class Ⅳ heart function appears unlikely;wherein cardiac function Class Ⅰ,Ⅱ stage patients were more likely with the TCM syndrome of Xinxueyuzu,Xinqibuzu,Qixuxueyu;compared with class Ⅰ,Ⅱ,class Ⅲ heart function appear the Tanzhuobizu syndrome and Tanyuhujie syndrome probability increases. Conclusion Patients with Unstable Angina syndromes and cardiac function has certain relevance,and combined western medicine examination indexes with tradi-tional Chinese medicine to guide clinical.关键词
