中医非药物疗法治疗原发性高血压 Meta 分析及系统评价
Meta analysis and evaluation system of non-drug therapy about traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of essential hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of treatment of hypertension for system evaluation for domestic published non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Through the computer document retrieval CNKI,VIP,WANFANG database from 2005 until 2015 on the related litera-ture of TCM non-drug treatment of essential hypertension. RevMan 5. 0 analysis software was used to inspect heteroge-neity of documents for conform to the inclusion criteria of literature. Forest graph sensitivity analysis was carried out on the results,and funnel plot was used to analyze published bias. Results Compared with drug treatment,drug therapy and non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine group could improve more effective for the treatment of essential hypertension,P < 0. 01. The result was similar to the original results to eliminate small sample after the sensitivity a-nalysis. Map of non-drug therapy funnel was asymmetric graphics. Conclusion On the basis of drug therapy of TCM combined with non-drug therapy for the treatment of essential hypertension is superior to pure drugs.关键词
