护肠清毒微丸结肠靶向给药降低血浆内毒素及 TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of colon-targeted drug Huchangqingdu pellets reduce TNF-α, IL-8 and IL-6. Methods Collected 180 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with chronic hepatitis B virus from Octo-ber 2008 to January 2015,according to double blind double simulation randomized control principle it is divided into 90 cases of the oral colon-targeted drug Huchangqingdu pellets group and the oral lactulose group,observating the change of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-6 after treatment. Results The plasma endotoxin in the two groups were significantly decreased than before(P < 0. 01). The effect of Huchangqingdu pellets on inflammatory factors were significantly bet-ter than lactulose group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Clinical therapeutic results were confirmed,colon-targeted drug Huchangqingdu pellets can effectively remove the intestinal endotoxin,block the occurrence of intestinal endotoxin, and inhibit the release of TNF- IL-6,IL-8 and other cytokines,achieve the purpose of repairing liver tissue damage and blocking fibrosis,the overall efficacy is better than lactulose.关键词
