中西医结合治疗小儿胆汁淤积性肝病
Chinese and western medicine on treatment of infantile cholestasis liver disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To inquiry and study the value and significance of traditional Chinese and western medi-cine treatment in the process of the treatment,in order to improve the effect of clinical treatment and reduce the inci-dence of various complications of infantile cholestasis liver disease. Methods The 150 cases with infantile cholestasis liver disease were selected as the research object according to random number table method and divided into the exper-imental group and the control group each group of 75 cases according to the principle of double blind control. All pa-tients were given the conventional western medicine solution treatment,while the experimental group was given promo-ting blood circulation to removing jaundice experience prescription. Curative effects of different treatments and the im-provement of laboratory indicators were compared. Results Total effective rate of experimental group was 96. 00%(72 cases),and the total effective rate of the control group was 82. 67%(62 cases),experimental group curative effect was better than control group(P < 0. 05). The changes of each laboratory indexes of experimental group com-pared with the control group with improved significantly,the difference was significant statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of children with cholestatic liver disease,in according to the conventional western medicine treatment based on combined with promoting blood cir-culation to removing jaundice experience for treatment,can improve circulation within the liver,reduce inflammation in the liver,promoting bile secretion,increased bilirubin metabolism.关键词
