益肾健脾法治疗早期先兆流产合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退
Treatment of early threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism by tonifying kidney and spleen method
摘要
Abstract
Objective Lay the basis of previous studies,through standardized clinical research,further observe clinical curative effect of threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods The 60 patients with threat-ened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism were divided into two groups averagely that 31 cases in Chinese medi-cine(Hutai decoction)treatment group and 29 cases in Western medicine(Euthyrox)control group. The changes were observed in the two groups before and after treatment symptoms,serum TSH,and pregnancy outcome. Results The traditional Chinese medicine group and control group on clinical symptoms improved significantly. The treatment group was better than control group in vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,color of blood,lower abdomen pain,waist sacral pain,dizziness tinnitus symptoms improved significantly. After treatment,the serum TSH level of the two groups was decreased. The treatment group had statistics significance compared with the control group before and after therapy. Conclusion Tonifying kidney and spleen method in treating early threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroid-ism,in order to prevent and control the occurrence of threatened abortion.关键词
