大黄芒硝冰片外敷治疗恶性腹水

摘要
Abstract
Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of rhubarb and mirabilite and borneol topical treatment of malignant ascites. Methods In traditional Chinese medicine external treatment to 36 cases of patients as observa-tion group,40 patients with simple medical treatment as control group. Compare two groups of patients i n the near fu-ture curative effect and Clinical symptoms( Abdominal distension,bite and sup,sleep). Results The observation group’s recent total effective rate was 77. 77% . The control group’s recent total effective rate was 70% . There was no significant statistical significance between two groups,but the differences between two groups of patients with statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Rhubarb and mirabilite and borneol external treatment can improve patients with abdominal distension,bite and sup,sleep,has no obvious adverse.关键词
