扶正解毒方对小鼠前胃癌诱导肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的影响
Centralizer detoxification treatment of mice induced by gastric cancer before cancer research
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the centralizer detoxification before therapy treatment in mice induced by gastric cancer tumor associated macrophage influence,in order to provide effective basis for clinical treatment. Methods With 75 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group of 15 only,are male,respectively for the control group, model group,the Chinese medicine group,chemotherapy group,combining Chinese and western medicine group,the control group with normal saline,the other four groups to gastric cancer induced tumor model,the control does not make any processing,build module to the physiological saline lavage for three weeks,Chinese traditional medicine group to the centralizer detoxification treatment,intraperitoneal injection of chemotherapy group with 5 - fluorouracil in 1 week,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group first 5 - fluorouracil intraperitoneal injection of tradi-tional Chinese medicine lavage again after 1 week 3 weeks,then the correlation detection method to detect the contents of related parameters of macrophages. Results CD68 + macrophage infiltration degree,the model group for 3 + ,Chi-nese traditional medicine group of 2 + ,chemotherapy and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group for 1 + ;M2 macrophage content in model group and other groups comparative differences are statistically significant(P< 0. 05),and chemotherapy group and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group of comparison dife-rence had no statistical significance(P > 0. 05);In IL- 4,IL10,IL-13,TGF - beta content,control group and the other four groups of comparative differences are statistically significant( P < 0. 05),model group and Chinese medicine group,chemotherapy group,combining Chinese and western medicine group comparative differences are statistically significant(P < 0. 05),and chemotherapy group,there was no statistically significant difference compared with way of Chinese and western medicine(P > 0. 05),Chinese medicine and chemotherapy group,combining Chinese and west-ern medicine group comparative differences are statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The centralizer can detoxification by reducing CD68 + macrophage infiltration degree,reduce the content of type M2 macrophages,reduce inflammation index IL- 4,IL 10,IL- 13,TGF- beta content and so on have inhibitory effect on gastric cancer in mice.关键词
