针刺结合温润附葛汤治疗阳虚型干燥综合征
Acupuncture with Wenrun Fuge decoction on treating sjogren syndrome of yang deficiency type
摘要
Abstract
Objective Efficacy observation of acupuncture with Wenrun Fuge decoction on treating sjogren syn-drome of yang deficiency. Methods Totally 25 patients according the diagnostic criteria of sjogren syndrome of yang de-ficiency were given the treatment of acupuncture and Wenrun Fuge decoction,Acupuncture qianzheng,jinjin,yuye,jin-ming and so on,once per day,Wenrun Fuge decoction(composition:fuzi 15 g,ganjiang 15 g,dangshen 20 g,huangqi 30 g,fuling 20 g,maidong 30 g,shanyao 30 g,gegen 15 g,zhigancao 10 g). One dosage per day,takes three times at moring, noon and evening. 7 days for one period of treatment,a total of four courses of treatment,with visual analogy scale as the index to observe the clinical efficacy changes and sugar experiment to observe sugar test score changes before and after treatment. Results After treatment of four weeks,clinical heal 5 cases,obvious efficacy 12 cases,efficacy 7 cases,ineffi-cacy 1 case,the total effective rate was 96% ;The sugar test score before and after treatment had significantly lower,there are obvious differences(P <0. 01). Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture with Wenrun Fuge decotion can improve in clinical symptoms and reduce sugar test score on patients of sjogren syndrome of yang deficiency cough.关键词
