火针齐刺留针治疗腰椎间盘突出症
Prolapse of lumbar intervertebral discs treated by fire needle in triple puncture and retaining needle
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on fire needle in triple needling and retaining needle for treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral discs. Methods The 86 cases of prolapse of lumbar interver-tebral discs were randomly divided into treatment group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases). The treatment group applied fire needle in triple needling and retaining needle combined with conventional acupuncture treatment. The control group was only treated by conventional acupuncture treatment. The treatment group did not only have con-ventional acupuncture treatment but also fire needling. This treatment applied once every 3 days,twice a week and ob-serving for 3 weeks. JOA assessment of lumbar function and the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)were conducted be-fore and after the treatment,and evaluated the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of treatment group(95. 3% )was significantly higher than the control group(78. 6% ). After the treatment,the rate of lower back pain was significantly higher than before. Significant difference was found in the two groups of treatment(P < 0. 05). After the treatment,the rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0. 05);Visual pain scores was significantly decreased. There was no side effect between 2 groups. Conclusion Fire needle in triple needling and retaining needle for treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral discs is effective and safe. It is a spe-cial way that traditional needle applied in classical needling method. Fire needle has acupuncture and moxibustion effects at same time,and effects are enhanced by triple needling and retaining needle.关键词
