银质针梅花围刺法治疗骶髂筋膜嵌顿型脂肪疝
Acupuncture therapy in quincunxes with silver needles on sacral-iliac incarcerated lipocele
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of acupuncture therapy in quincunxes with silver needles on sa-cral-iliac incarcerated lipocele. Methods The 120 patients are divided into three groups,named as treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2. Treatment group is treated by needling treatment in quincunxes with silver nee-dles,one time in a week,four times as one course of treatment while control group 1 is treated by traditional acupunc-ture therapy,five times a week,four weeks as one course treatment and control group 2 is treated by normal block therapy,one time in a week,four weeks as one course of treatment. After four weeksˊtreatment,and the time comes to the twelveth week,change of score of improvement of clinical symptoms and VAS is applied for curative effect evalua-tion of pretherapy and post-treatment. Results After four weeksˊ treatment,total effective rate for control group 1 is 80% ,for control group 2 is 82. 5% ,and for treatment group is 90% . Difference of total effective rate between treat-ment group and control group has statistical significance(P < 0. 05 );Twelve weeks later,total effective rate for con-trol group 1 is 70% ,for control group 2 is 72. 5% ,and for treatment group is 90% . Difference of total effective rate between treatment group and control group has statistical significance(P < 0. 05 ). After four weeksˊtreatment and the twelve weeksˊ,VAS and change of score of improvement of clinical symptoms of patients of three groups has been markedly improved compared to pretherapy(P < 0. 05 ). Above score for treatment group has been improved more sig-nificantly after treatment(P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Plum silver needle acupuncture around the lesion area by in-creasing blood flow,improve the local tissue nutrition,Improve metabolic capacity of the cells,accelerate the discharge of metabolites and substance-induced pain,promote inflammation dissipated and tissue regeneration;Also release mus-cle spasms,adhesions and relieve pain caused by inflammation and ischemia-induced pain.关键词
