Traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide scientific literatrue basis for the experimental research and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods Through in-duction and summary of domestic and international related literature in recent years,expound the experimental re-search progress of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,from 3 parts:the nosogenesis of the disease in western and traditional Chinese medicine;the experimental research of the treatment of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine,and the combined treatment of western and traditional Chinese medicine. Results Traditional Chinese medicine can slow the progression of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis by lowering the level of TGF-β1,TNF-α,hydroxyproline,IL-6,IL-8,smad protein,etc,and inhibiting the expression of related genes. Conclusion A large number of studies show that traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis become a new trend of scientific research,and reveal the mechanism at molecular and gene level.关键词
