Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of aspirin resistance
摘要
Abstract
Objective Discuss the TCM syndrome mechanism of AR(aspirin resistance)and traditional Chinese medicine to the clinical intervention of AR. Methods Using the method of literature retrieval,retrospective analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AR related literature in recent years. Results Find that AR physical distri-bution to qi deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine quality,Yin quality more,syndrome of blood stasis in syndrome distribution more,blood stasis,stem of phlegm in pathological factors more,and its basic pathogenesis is weakened body resistance of obstruction of Luo. Traditional Chinese medicine( single medicine,Chinese patent medicine and classical prescription and so on)has a lower platelet aggregation rate and can improve the role of the AR and has a lower untoward effect and a better safety. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine shows its multi - target mecha-nisms and multi - path of the efficacy and safety aspects of the unique advantages and a promising prospect,but there are also disadvantages,such as the lack of rigorous large sample multi - center clinical research,less involved in the discussion of TCM syndrome type and classification treatment and so on.关键词
