摘要
Abstract
Embedded Flash (eFlash)is widely used in SoC,but the contradiction became more prominent between the flash slow reading speed and the processor high-frequency fetch.To solve the problem,we introduce the cache mechanism in the flash controller,and use set-associative mapping,optimized LRU (Least Recently Used) replacement algorithm and pre-fetching structure to optimize the cache. Compared with the flash controller without cache,the flash controller with cache can enable the processor to take the time to save 38%.关键词
