早产极低出生体重儿临床护理中三种体位干预的效果观察
Observation on clinical nursing effect of three ways of body position intervention for very low birth weight prema-ture infants

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical nursing effect of three ways of body position intervention for very low birth weight premature infants,and to provide some bases for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 60 very low birth weight premature infants were divided into control group and observation group according to the dif-ferent nursing interventions 30 cases each.Infants of control group were adopted conventional supine position. Infants of observation group were accepted supine,prone position,lateral position in turn 3 cycles every 24hrs. And clinical effects of two group infants were compared.Results:The vital signs score,score of responses to ex-ternal stimuli of the observation group infants were significantly higher than that of the control group cases (P<0.05).The sleep latency of observation group infants was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep time of the observation group infants was significantly longer than that of the control group (P<0.05).The weight gain,height growth,growth in head circumference and upper arm circumference of the obser-vation group infants were significantly higher than that of the control group cases (P<0.05).Conclusion:Com-pared with conventional supine position,very low birth weight premature infants adopted the supine position, prone position,lateral position in turn had better effect during treatment.关键词
