护理干预对提高乳腺癌术后放化疗病人生存质量的研究
Study on nursing intervention for improving quality of life of breast cancer patients after undergoing postoperative chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the correlation between quality of life of breast cancer patients receiving first radiotherapy after undergoing postoperative chemotherapy and nursing intervention for them.Methods:A total of 100 cases of breast cancer patients receiving postoperative radio chemotherapy received the questionnaire by using EORTC and QLQ C30.The patients hospitalized for two weeks were taken as before intervention group,and the patients after treatment and before discharging were taken as after intervention group.The pa-tients with breast cancer were given full measurement and assessment respectively before and after nursing in-tervention by using EORTC and QLQ C30 scales ,and the both groups of data was analyzed.Results:Func-tional scores and overall quality of life scores of both groups of patients after intervention were significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:Good nursing interventions could effectively im-prove the quality of life of breast cancer patients after undergoing postoperative radio chemotherapy,and had the promotion effect for prolonging the survival period.关键词
