摘要

Abstract

Tomato spotted wilt virus is one of the most important tomato diseases spreading worldwide and a potential threaten to tomato production in China.The advances in screening and evaluation of germplasm re⁃sistance to TSWV,identification of resistance gene with different mechanisms,developing molecular marker linkage to the resistance gene are reviewed.Developing effective resistance evaluation techniques and appear⁃ance of resistance⁃breaking isolates are big challenges to resistant breeding.In this paper,the evolution of the virus,resistant breeding and comprehensive prevention and control of the virus are analyzed and discussed.
