摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum inflammatory cytokine after initial periodontal treatment in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with chronic periodontitis�Methods:There were 60 pa⁃tients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with chronic periodontitis as the study group and 60 cases with healthy periodontal as control group�The periodontal status,HbA1c concentration and serum inflammatory cytokines situation of two groups were observed and detected�Results:IL⁃6,TNF⁃α,CRP content and HbAlc content of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group before initial periodontal treatment, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0�05 )�Compared with the control group,IL⁃6,TNF⁃α,CRP content and HbAlc content of patients in the study group were signifi⁃cantly decreased after initial periodontal treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0�05)�Conclusion:The initial periodontal treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with chronic periodontitis can reduce the content of glycosylat⁃ed hemoglobin and serum inflammatory cytokines,effectively avoid the occurrence and development of other complications.关键词
