摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate curative effects of Tacrolimus combining with tripterygium glocosides on oral li⁃chen planus through a clinical test. Method:Eighty⁃nine patients suffering from simplex oral lichen planus were divided into 3 groups at random. The patients of every group were treated for 4 weeks by local inunction of 0. 1% Tacrolimus ointment combining with oral drug of tripterygium glocosides,or local inunction of 0. 1% Tacrolimus ointment solely,or oral drug of tripterygium glocosides solely,respectively;each patient was re⁃examined both at the end of therapy and half a year later,thus the curative effects of each group were compared with one another. Result:Local inunction of 0. 1% Tacrolimus ointment combining with oral drug of tripterygium glocosides showed satisfactory curative effect both in short term and long time,which had statistically significant differences,and the adverse reactions were mild. Conclusion:The results indicate that Tacrolimus combining with tripterygium glocosides has a satisfactory curative effect on oral lichen planus,this approach is worthy of clini⁃cal promotion and application.关键词
