摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research different materials of endocrowns repair defects molar clinical application. Meth⁃ods:Randomly selected during December 2011 to February 2013,our hospital molars defect in patients with 60 cases,as the research object,its averaged were divided into control group and observation group. Control group implemented casting porce⁃lain material pulp cavity retainer treatment,observation group implemented polymerization of porcelain material pulp cavity retainer for treatment,according to clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients,promote the frequency,the beautiful sex index were observed and compared. Results:In this study,the observation group of patients in the treatment of fine rate was 96. 67%,control group patients was 76�67%. There was statistical significance(P<0. 05). In observation group of pa⁃tients edge fit 1 year was 96�67%,the control group was 80. 00%. There was statistical significance(P<0. 05). In observa⁃tion group 2 years marginal fit as 93. 33%,the control group was 73. 33%. There was statistical significance(P<0. 05). In observe group the clinical therapeutic effect of patients� satisfaction was 96. 67%,the control group was 73. 33%. There was statistical significance(P<0. 05). In observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was 3�33%,the control group was 20. 00%. There was statistical significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion:In the treatment of molar teeth defect,of the medullary cavity of the polymerization ceramic materials for the retainer crown restoration treatment,can improve the treat⁃ment of patients with crop,chewing function,in patients with periodontal condition is good,and patient satisfaction is higher, and to the overall treatment effect is good.关键词
