上颌第二磨牙根管系统的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate canal systems in maxillary second molars during root canal treatment,especially the number of canals. Methods:One hundred and eighteen maxillary second molars requiring root canal treatment were se⁃lectedin vivo. After the radiograph was taken,root canals were explored with small size K file aided by a dental operating mi⁃croscope. Then numbers and types of canals in teeth were recorded. Canals in all cases were instrumented by Ni⁃Ti rotary Pro⁃Taper instruments,and obturated with the vertical condensation technique. Results:The number of teeth with one canal was 3. The number with two canals was 9. The number with three canals was 74. And the number with four canals was 32. Con⁃clusion:Canal systems in maxillary second molars are complex. We should use a dental operating microscope to identify canals in a maxillary second molar.关键词
