miR-135b 在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of miR-135b in cervical cancer and adjacent tissues and its correlation with clinicopathologic characteristics of cervical cancer. Methods 26 fresh cervical cancer tissues and its paired adjacent tissues were collected and detected by RT-PCR for expressions of miR-135b and its correlation with cervical cancer. Results The expression of miR-135b was significantly up-regula-ted in cervical cancer tissues compared with the adjacent tissues ((8.36 ±3.67)VS (6.19 ±2.81 ),P <0.05).The significant correlation were found between miR-135b expression and clinicopathologic parame-ters,including lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (Ⅲ b )of cervical cancer (all P <0.05). Conclu-sion The miR-135b might play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of cervical cancer.关键词
