摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the change of nail fold microcirculation in the role of ultrasonic energy and study the effect mechanism of ultrasonic on the nail fold microcirculation. Methods We used Lang′s LHZ-300 ultrasound therapeutic instrument to irradiate the 60 cases of adults′nail fold in different intensity at different times and WX-6 microcirculation microscope to test the nail fold microcirculation.We analyzed the physiological index of microcirculation on status blood stream,number and morphology of capillary loop before and after ultrasonic irradiated by Tian Lee weighted score method. Results Loops top diameter,input branch pipe diameter and output branch pipe diameter were increased with ultrasonic intensity gradually. However,the older age was the worse effects.Microvascular diameter improved previous effects with ultrasonic intensity of 0.50 W·cm -2 after 5 minutes′irradiation.The pipe length of the microcirculation had increased at different ultrasonic irradiation intensity and reached the maximum at the intensity of 0.25 W·cm -2 .At the same time, blood flow velocity of nail fold microcirculation was faster and leakage phenomenon in microcirculation was obviously improved after the ultrasonic irradiation. Conclusion Ultrasound irradiation have an effect on loops top diameter,input branch pipe diameter,output branch pipe diameter and blood flow velocity.Pipe diameter of the nail fold microcirculation and length of tube loops are different with different intensity of irradiation.
