清胰汤联合早期肠内营养在重症急性胰腺炎中的应用价值
Application Value of Qingyi Decoction Combined with Early Enteral Nutrition Treatment Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To discuss the application value of Qingyi decoction combined with early enteral nutrition treatment severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 1 19 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were collected in department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery of Henan Provincial People 's Hospital from October 2012 to July 2014.The patients were randomly divided into control group (C)28 cases,Qingyi decoction group (Q)30 cases ,early enteral nutrition group (E)29 cases,and Qingyi decoction combined with early enteral nutrition group (Q +E)32 cases.There were compared each group with serum amylase (AMY),C-reactive protein (CRP),TNF-α,IL-6,abdominal bloating relief time,average stay,hospital costs,organ failure,and so on. Results The AMY,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 in Q group,E group,and (Q +E)group decreased significantly than that of the control group after three days and seven days treatment(all P <0.05).Moreover,(Q +E)group decreased significantly significantly than that of Q group and E group (P <0.05).Likewise,the abdominal bloating relief time was significantly reduced in (Q +E)group(P <0.05).The average stay,hospital costs,number of organ failure and infection were also significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Qingyi decoction combined with early enteral nutrition treatment severe acute pancreatitis were not only decrease the plasma levels of inflammatory mediators and promote the rapid recovery of bowel function,but also reduce average stay,hospital costs,organ failure, infection number and so on.Thereby Qingyi decoction combined with early enteral nutrition has an important clinical value for treatment severe acutepancreatitis.关键词
