附子参芪三甲汤中西医结合治疗慢性心功能不全86例
Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of the 86 Patients with Chronic Heart Failure with Fuzi-senqi-sanjia Decoction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure with Fuzi-senqi-sanjia decotion. Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each group.The control group were received routine western medical treatment for 30 d,and the treatment group were received the traditional Chinese medicine with Fuzi-sengqi-sanjia decoction besides the treatment in control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (88.37%)outweighed the control group (65.12%),and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Compared with the control group,the observation group LVEF and 6 min walking distance were significantly improved (all P <0.05 ). Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure with Fuzi-senqi-sanjia decotion have good clinical efficacy and worthy of promotion.关键词
