摘要

Abstract

Objective Toinvestigatethepolycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)ofcarcinogensin childrenfromane-wasterecyclingarea.Methods 95childrenine-wasterecyclingareaand72childrenof controlwereobserved,andtheirbloodPAHsweredeterminedbyGC-MS.Results Thebloodlevelof12 category of PAHs living in e-waste recycling area children was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The maximum content in the 16 kinds of PAHs was Indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene,which were 84% and 72% of the total PAHs in observation group and control group respectively.The blood level of∑16-PAHs and ∑7-PAHs of children in different gender or age stage were significantly higher in e-waste recyclingareathanthatofthecontrolgroup(allP<0.05).Conclusion Therearesignificanthighblood PAHs in e-waste contaminant site children,and the PAHs pollution might threat the health of children in e-waste recycling area.
