道路交通事故所致颅脑损伤486例法医学分析
Forensic Cases Analysis on 486 Craniocerebral Injury Caused by Road Traffic Accident
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the epidemiological and injured characteristics of craniocerebral injury caused by road traffic accident in Kunming for preventing the craniocerebral injury. Methods The data of 486 cases were collected and analyzed from January 2013 to March 2013 in Forensic Center of Kunming Medical University,which had craniocerebral injury caused by traffic accident. Results There were 60 death cases of traumatic brain injuries in the 486 cases.The ratio of male and female was 1.61∶1.The majority of traumatic brain injuries ages were from 21 to 50 and the major casualties were migrant workers 48.10%.The traffic accidents at 0 ~5 a.m.had the highest mortality.Craniocerebral injury between vehicle and pedestrian was the most common accident type and 42.00% of the accident vehicles were car.The average length of hospital stay was 29.91 days in the 426 injury cases,and 198 cases were disabled in the accident (46.47%). The most were identified tenth grade 57.57%(114 /198). Conclusion It was serious,high fatal rate and disabled rate of the craniocerebral injury caused by road traffic accidents.The most injured people were migrant workers.The important means to prevent road traffic accident and reduce casualties after craniocerebral injury are strengthening safe consciousness and propagating emergency treatment knowledge.关键词
