摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function of patients with colorectal cancer after operation. Methods 108 cases of colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given meticulous nursing care after operation. Results Including bowel sounds recovery time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,complications occurrence rate,satisfaction with care,the result of the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Fine nursing can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with colorectal cancer and promote recovery.关键词
