甲基苯丙胺检测方法的研究进展
Research Progress on the Detection Methods of Methamphetamine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To make a review about detection methods of methamphetamine and help for drug identification in the public security and judicial bureau. Methods The recent research articles of physical and chemical detection methods of methamphetamine were searched for the advance of methamphetamine detection method in biological samples. Results At present,the physical and chemical testing method of methamphetamine included gas chromatography (GC ),gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC /MS ), high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer(LC-MS /MS) et al.The LC-MS /MS method was more effective and sensitive than others,which has a convenient and efficient sample pretreatment method. Conclusion Establishing an efficient and sensitive detection method of methamphetamine was significant for controlling methamphetamine abuse and fighting against criminals.关键词
